The Lunch Lady offers a weekly menu of customized, gourmet breakfasts and lunches delivered directly to your school's break room. Tailored to meet individual dietary needs and preferences, our eco-friendly, reusable containers offer a convenient, sustainable dining experience -- perfect for busy school employees. Easy, healthy lunches and breakfasts!
Each week, you will have a variety of breakfast and lunch options, allowing for flexibility and variety in your meals. For breakfast, you'll have 3 to 5 different options, like egg bites, overnight oats, or protein pancakes. The lunch options will be similarly diverse, offering 2 to 4 dishes to choose from. This may include a balanced salad, a warm soup, a grain bowl, or a protein-packed wrap.
Choose the plan that fits your needs: Select from two, three, or five meals per week--whether it's breakfast only, lunch only, or a combination of both breakfast and lunch.

Make sure to submit your order and payment by Friday at 5pm. Your meals will be delivered to the Staff workroom and placed in the refrigerator. The containers they come in are re-usable, I will leave a box in the workroom to collect containers to be sanitized and re-used when possible.

Make your selection from the following breakfast options:
Organic egg whites blended with cottage cheese, with folded in baby bella mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Light, lean, and protein packed. Served with fresh fruit.
Turkey bacon, fried egg, and cheddar cheese on pan toasted whole grain bread. It doesn't get more classic!
Served with fresh fruit.
Oats, Greek yogurt, oat milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, banana, and strawberry preserves. A sweet breakfast treat!
Make your selection from the following lunch and dinner (larger portion) options:
Jumbo shrimp sauteed in a chili crisp sauce with mixed stir fry veggies and pappardelle pasta. (if you need a less spicy version let me know)
Sliced roasted turkey, feta, hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, lettuce, and red onions wrapped in a carb balance flour tortilla. Or try it vegetarian!
Orzo pasta, shredded roasted chicken, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, Greek olives, Spinach, and red onions tossed in a light lemon and herb vinaigrette.
Shredded roasted chicken breast, romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing with parmesan cheese wrapped in a carb balance flour tortilla.
A bowl of fresh green minestrone soup with an Italian side salad.
*Any ingredient can be omitted. Substitute brown rice or quinoa for white rice available.
